Reconstructing the Legal System of China Public Universities in Perspective of Public Law

The civil legal status of universities in our educational law system,which partially reflects properties and behaviors of universities in the market economy system,confuses running direction and social mission of universities.According to multiple legal statuses of universities in the market economy system,legal entity institution in higher educational system should be reconstructed.Public universities should be regulated from the perspective of public law,so as to ensure public welfare of school direction,and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of universities.
