On the legal status of the universities and its legal liabilities

Abstract
In pace with the establishment of China's market economy,the universities are gradually pushed to the society and the market. They have much to do with the government as well as other social subjects. And in a sense,universities are playing multiple roles. In the different social relations,the legal liabilities. Universities have dual legal status in the relation of the administrative law. In the legal relation of the civil and criminal laws,universities have the status of the legal subjects concerned.
