Abstract

Phenomenology is a kind of methodology pointing to the fact itself;the fact itself actually refers to the individual intentional consciousness. This fundamental principle enables phenomenology to focus on life facts, and on the individual subject's humanistic disposition deriving from his unique life experience. Thus, teacher education is not the acquisition of scientific concepts or vocational codes, but a comprehensive process of action involving individual consciousness, emotion, experience, and reflection.Phenomenological teacher education is directed to educational facts, teacher's individual experience as well as his personal reflection;it is an educational process characteristic of humanism and humanity.
