Abstract
Objective: To optimize the formulation and technology of Huangxin dispersible tablets. Methods: The single factor method was used and the disintegration time was used as index. The formulation and technology of Huangxin dispersible tablets was selected and the dissolution rate was determined. Results: The optimal condition of Huangxin dispersible tablets were as follows: 50% baicalin,12. 5% andrographolide,MCC22. 5%,micro-silica gel5%; the disintegration time was( 75 ± 4) s. The dissolution rate and degree of baicalin and andrographolide in Huangxin dispersible tablets were higher than Huangxin capsules. Conclusion: This preparation of Huangxin dispersible tablets is reasonable, and the technology is feasible.
