The effect of two-dimensional Doppler echocardiography on detecting left ventricale diastolic function of 114 old patients with senile

Objective:To investigate the effect of two-dimensional Doppler echocardiography on detecting Left ventricale diastolic function of patients with senile hypertension.Methods:detected spectral of mitral flow and ventricular filling of 114 patients with senile hypertension,measured their EF slope of metral valve by M-mode echocardiography,then valuated their left ventricale diastolic function.Results: The rate of A/E inversion was 83%,the rate of EF slope being below the normal was 79.8%.Conclusions: Lower left ventricle diastolic function of patients with senile hupertension can be diagnosed when A/E ≥0.5.
