Abstract
The reasons of torque ripple in brushless DC motor were analyzed. The values of torque ripple and the effects reasons were come out through the analyzing and modeling of the operation. Then, the corresponding PWM mode to compensate the commutation torque ripple in different velocity sections was proposed. In the end, the simulation results showed that the method was practical. The result represents project application value.
