Abstract
According to torque ripple of brushless DC motor,in the paper,the different PWM modulation mode and overlapping commutation method is used to minimize torque pulsation when current commutation is considered.The Matlab/simulink is used to simulate this control system,the result shows that the limitation of commutation torque ripple is obvious,so these methods can minimize the torque ripple successfully.
