Ziyin Tongluo Decoction combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy for 57 Cases

Objective To observed the clinical therapeutic effect of Ziyin Tongluo decoction combined with acupoint application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Selecting 114 cases with early diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group had 57 cases. The control group used routine treatment. On the basis of conventional treatment, the observation group received Ziyin Tongluo decoction com-bined with acupoint application of Chinese medicine. The improvements of renal function of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results Before treatment, renal function indexes of the two groups(including AST, ALT, serum albumin, serum creatinine and 24 h urinary protein quantitative) had no significant difference(P 0.05), and there was no statistically significant; after the treatment, renal function in-dexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and difference was statistically significant( P 0.05). Conclusion Using Ziyin Tongluo decoction combined with acupoint application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy, the improvement of renal function of the patients was good, curative effect was obvious, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
