Yishen Huoxue Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Case-control Study

[Objective] To observe the Yishen Huoxue Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.[Methods] 92 patients with early diabetic nephropathy patients,divided into control group and treatment group with 46 cases in each group.The control group using conventional methods of clinical treatment;patients in the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy combined with Yishen Huoxue Decoction(medicinal raw oysters,keel,yam,astragalus,etc.),addition and subtraction with the disease,1 doses of /d,morning and evening hours taken two times.After 2 courses of treatment the curative effect.[Results] Treatment of treatment group were superior to the control group(P 0.05);urine protein and blood glucose improves significantly greater than the control group(P 0.05);the actual treatment time was significantly shorter than that in control group(P 0.05);after treatment of symptomatic recurrence rate was lower than control group(P 0.05);two groups patients during the treatment had no adverse reactions.[Conclusion] Yishen Huoxue Decoction Combined with western medicine on patients with early diabetic nephropathy patients for treatment of clinical effect is very obvious.
