The Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome after Severe Multiple Trauma:A Report of 45 cases

Objective To explore the multiple post-traumatic acute respiratory distress syndrome diagnosis and treatment measures.Methods 45 cases of severe multiple trauma patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome after diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results All the 45 patients,9 cases died,the mortality rate was 20%,the main causes of death were multiple organ failure.Conclusion Early diagnosis,correct use of breathing machine,positive anti-shock,treatment of the original diseases are the effective methods to decrease the mortality of the disease.
