Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) for myopia and astigmatism using scanning-spot excimer laser.Method:202 patients(396 eyes) with myopia from -0.75D to -14.50D were performed LASIK, followed up for 3 months,and observed the changes in visual acuity and refractive diopter.Results:On the first day after surgery ,the uncorrected visual acuity 0.5,0.8,1.0 was in 329 eyes(98.9%),358 eyes(90.4%),297eyes(75%),respectively;the uncorrected visual acuity 1.0 of the lst,3rd month after surgery was in 349 eyes(88.1%),364 eyes(91.9%)respectively.No serious complications occurred after surgery.Conclusion: Scanning-spot laser system is satisfactory for myopia with less complications.
