Abstract

Objective To observe the efficasy oc hepatitis B cirrhosis and ascites on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment plus prescription Xiaogu decotion treatment. Methods The control group of 21 patients use conventional Western medicine treatment,the treatment group,22 patients on this basis with Xiaogu decotion were observed the amount of ascites syndrome score analysis to determine the efficacy. Results The ascites subsided rate was 90. 91% of the treatment group,the total effective rate was 90. 91%,the ascites subsided rate of control group was 66. 67%,the total effective rate was 61. 90%. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Treatment group on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment plus Xiaogu dectoion treatment of liver cirrhosis with ascites efficacy is better than that of the control group.
