Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Cirrhosis Ascites Control Observation

[Objective] Of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treatment of cirrhosis ascites effect.[Methods] The hospital treated 180 cases of ascites due to cirrhosis patients,divided into treatment group and control group,90 cases in each group.The control group using compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection mixed with 5% glucose 20mL,250mL;compound amino acid 250mL,an intravenous drip.Protein excessively low supplement of human serum albumin.Ascites with shortcourse,intermittent,or joint,repeated diuresis method.Treatment interval from 4 to 5d.The treatment in the control group were treated by TCM syndrome differentiation based on.By 1 months for 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect of treatment of 1 months.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group 93.30%,control group in the total efficiency of 72.20%,the treatment group were better than the control group.[Conclusion] Of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treatment of cirrhosis ascites can improve clinical symptoms,it is a good method for treatment of liver cirrhosis.
