CT diagnosis of cystic-solid lesions in female pelvis

Objective:To study the CT findings of cystic-solid lesions in female pelvis and provide gist for differentiation.Methods:The CT and clinical data of 116 case with cystic-solid lesions of female pelvis were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were 108 cases with directly deriving gynecologic organ (womb or appendix) and 8 cases are out of gynecologic organ.There are 74 benign cases and 42 malignant cases in these lesions.Conclusion:CT localization of cystic-solid lesions in female pelvis is very accurate and qualitative CT diagnosis of these lesions is of great value when it is tight combined with the clinical history.
