Abstract
Objective: To explore the value of multislice CT in differential diagnosis of female pelvic cystic lesions. Methods: A total of 72 women with pelvic cystic lesions treated in the hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected, then multislice CT scan, enhancement scan and multiplanar reconstruction were performed, the characteristics of CT images and diagnosis were analyzed. Results: A total of 96 cystic lesions were found, the diameter was 18- 211 mm,78 lesions were benign and 18 lesions were malignant. Among72 cases,17 cases were diagnosed as ovarian cyst( 20 lesions),13 cases were diagnosed as ovarian cystic teratoma( 15 lesions),11 cases were diagnosed as ovarian cystadenoma( 13 lesions),5 cases were diagnosed as cystadenocarcinoma( 9 lesions),12 cases were diagnosed as ovarian endometrial ectopic cyst( 17 lesions),7 cases were diagnosed as pelvic cystic infectious mass( 7 lesions),7 cases were diagnosed as other diseases( 15 lesions). Conclusion: Multislice CT scan images show relatively clear characteristics of various pelvic cystic lesions, which has relatively high value in localization and qualitative diagnosis of female pelvic cystic lesions.
