Abstract
After joining WTO,the Chinese publishing has been going into the world publishing.During the process,the whole publishing will be pushed and improved in a WTO environment;the editing process will be reformed;the role of the editors and the publishing conception will be globalized.During its globalization,Chinese advanced culture will go to the world and melt into the big world culture.However,it must keep the root of the traditional Chinese culture and give the world and keep its unique features of the Chinese national culture.It should have the sense of globalism and the Chinese cultural master works should be introduced to the world with the holy sense of culture and historical sense of calling.It is the lofty professional ethics the publishers must have.\;
