Effect of Rabeprazole Combined with Domperidone on Functional Dyspepsia

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of rabeprazole combined with domperidone on functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods Rabeprazole combined with domperidone were used in 30 cases(treated group),30 cases were given domperidone only(controlled group).Results The total effective rates of the treated group and the controlled group were 86.7% and 43.3%(P0.05),respectively.No side effects were found in 2 groups.Conclusions Rabeprazole combined with domperidone could improve symptoms inpatients with FD and have excellent therape utic effects on the FD patients.
