Abstract
The series of crime and punishment refers to one kind of crime and a succession of approximate crime constitution as well as with its corresponding legal punishment.This legislation way is accepted by many countries' criminal codes.The crime punishment-series legislation is the product of crime punishment-legal principle and the legal explanation and it complies with the request of the modern criminal law regulation pattern transforms.In view of our country existing bribe crime,several legislations proposals are put forward to strict the law net,and perfect the statute book.
