Abstract

Legal crime is relative to natural crime according the traditional standard of classification.With the development of the market economy,the amount of the legal crime has exceeded that of the natural crime.Therefore,it is necessary for us to analyze the concept of the legal crime,and probe into the legislation pattern,the scope limitation and the principle of punishment.
