The Developments and Trend of Colleges and Universities Experimental Teaching Research

In order to clarify the developments and trend of college experimental teaching and research. This paper applies the bibliometrics analysis method to statistical analyzes the experimental teaching research literature in the Journal data from 1979 to 2011 in China National Knowledge Internet. It is found that the amount of Colleges and Universities experimental teaching research papers published have increased from 19 in 1979 to 21 057 in 2011,the amount of core journal papers published has increased from 6 in 1979 to 3 405 in 2011. In 2011,there were 8. 9 research papers of experimental teaching for per college or university,and 0. 016 per student,published in core journal papers were 1. 4 for per college or university and 0. 002 5 per student. From 1992 to 2011,the amount of experimental teaching research papers published in Research and Exploration in Laboratory and Experimental Technology and Management were 5 653 and 4 461,respectively; these journals are the top two for the amount of published in this area, the two journals,in 2011,accounted for 21. 7% and 18. 6% of the core Journals of experimental teaching research papers published. The quoted frequency and record of two experimental teaching research papers also rank the top two. From 1997 to 2011,the rates of literature papers that including the key words of Teaching Reform,innovation ability,Personnel Training,Practice Ability,Laboratory,Teaching Methodin each year ofExperimental Teachingliterature papers in each year have been grown constantly. Hence,experimental teaching research has been developed with high speed,but its size and quality need to be improved; Research and Exploration in Laboratory andExperimental Technology and Management are top journals of Colleges and Universities experimental teaching research; experimental teaching research focus on capacity-training,laboratory-construction and teaching methods,but there are issues such as research designing and so on.
