Abstract
Objective To explore the detection and significance of nerve electrophysiological examination on guillain-barre syndrome.Method Total 25 cases with guillain-barre syndrome were selected from November 2004 to November 2010.The nerve electrophysiological examination was used to them.Results The abnormal rate of F wave was 76.0%;The abnormal rate of motor conduction velocity was 41.2%;The abnormal rate of sensory conduction velocity was 22.5%;The abnormal rate of motor conduction velocity in lower limb compared with that in upper limb,there was statistical difference(P0.05);The abnormal rate of motor conduction velocity compared to the abnormal rate of sensory conduction velocity,there was statistical difference(P0.05);The abnormal rate of electromyography was 52.0%.Conclusion Nerve electrophysiological examination is helpful to the diagnosis of guillain-barre syndrome and evaluation of prognosis and clinical efficacy.
