Abstract
In our country, due to the dual land ownership system, both academic and governmental understanding of the nature of land expropriation compensation standard is not clear, leading to nonmarketable measurement to calculate land expropriation compensation price, which cannot meet the requirements of fair compensation, and causes more conflicts of land expropriation. This paper firstly set clear the nature of land expropriation compensation standard, and then discussed the residual method and market approach to calculate the price of land expropriation compensation from the angle of land appraisal methods. It found that the land compensation standards measured by marketable measurement were significantly high, thus more conducive to safeguard the interests of landless peasants, and radically reduce land conflict.
