Research on cultural adaptation of ethnic minority students in colleges and universities

At present,with more and more ethnic minority students' entrance to the colleges and universities,they're facing a common problem of cultural adaptation to the Chinese language.This problem involves in the personal development future of the ethnic minority students,the building and development of the local minority area,national solidarity,and campus stability.This paper analyzes the present situation,process and mode of the ethnic minority students' cultural adaptation of the Chinese language,and then proposes the strategy to let the ethnic minority students adapt to the Chinese language quickly.
