Abstract

Universities of ethnic minority regions are one of the important constituents of the higher education in China.The student management is on one hand the way to realize the goal of universities,and on the other hand is the reflection of the university teaching quality.The authors of this article think that it is necessary to change the management in accordance with such characteristics of students as having different cultural backgrounds,different educational background and complicated psychology.
