On Cultural Adaptation of Teachers and Students of Ethnic Minority Classes(Schools) in the Hinterland

Ethnic minority class(school) is a model of running school in other places used in ethnic education which has increasingly expanded since the 1980s.This model has played a more and more important role in ethnic education system.Cultural adaptation is a problem faced by both teachers and students of classes or schools in the hinterland.It directly hinders the progress of ethnic minority students and school running quality of those classes or schools.Studying the theory of cultural adaptation and making practical innovations in cultural adaptation will help accelerate preliminary cultural adaptation of ethnic students in those classes or schools.
