Analysis of adverse drug reaction report:on 184 cases report

Abstract

Objective To investigate the occurrence and characteristic of adverse drug reaction(ADR) report in our hospital.Methods Retrospective analysed 184 cases ADR reports.Results In 184 cases ADR reports,caused by the antimicrobial agents ADR ranks first in 137 cases(64.0%) ;ADR clinical manifestations of the most common skin and appendages in 183 cases(52.7%) ;Serious ADR 16 cases(8.7%) ;Bycaused by intravenous infusion ADR was best[167 cases(78.0%) ].Conclusion The ADR monitoring effort is still needed to improve the number of case and the quality of the report needs to be improved in order to reduce and avoid the occurrence of ADR;Strengthen the rational use of drugs,and constantly improve medication safety and ADR monitoring technology.
