Abstract
Objective To explore the value of high-frequency ultrasonography combined with mammography X-ray and two of them were combined for the diagnosis of early breast cancer in health examination. Methods Twenty-eight cases were enrolled for analysis and the subjects were diagnosed with early breast cancer by means of high-frequency ultrasonography combined with mammography X-ray and confirmed by pathological histology. Results In 28 patients with breast cancer,22 patients were diagnosed by ultrasonography alone with a diagnosis rate of 78.6%(22/28).Twenty patients were diagnosed by mammography X-ray alone with a diagnosis rate of 71.4%(20/28) and twenty-four patients were diagnosed by combination therapy(85.7%).Conclusions The combination of high-frequency ultrasonography and mammography X-ray can improve diagnosis of early breast cancer.Combination ultrasound methods could support each other in diagnosis of early breast cancer for the unknown cases.
