APPLICATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL INTERVENTION ON DIABETES PATIENTS WITH INSULIN PUMP TREATMENT

[Objective]Combined clinical practice,to explore the value of psychological intervention in therapy of diabetes patients with insulin pump.[Methods]132 patients were randomly divided treatment group and control group,all patients received insulin pump treatment.The control group was given conventional care,free exercise,and questions from patients were answered promptly.In the treatment group,used psychological intervention program.Treatment results of two groups were compared,and explored the value of psychological intervention.[Results]The results showed that diet control,tobacco and alcohol control,treatment compliance treatment effectiveness in treatment group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).It suggested that the nursing interventions were effective.[Conclusion]The nursing staff should carry out targeted psychological interventions according to patients with psychological problems,while answer questions to eliminate patients' fears and concerns,make them better accept treatment.
