The efficacy of psychological intervention on patients with cardiac interventional diagnosis and treatment

Objective To understand the psychological changes in patients with cardiac interventional diagnosis and treatment,and to explore the effect of psychological intervention.Methods 268 patients with cardiac interventional diagnosis and treatment were divided into two groups randomly,134 cases for study group,and 134 cases for control group.The control group was administered conventional nursing,and the study group was applied psychological intervention based on conventional nursing.Questionnaires were used before and after the surgery,and the psychological changes of patients were analyzed consequently.Results Age,the years of schooling,the source of income and the medical insurance had influence on the patients' psychological state.There were no significant difference in patients' psychological state between two groups before intervention,while,with the psychological intervention,the psychological state of study group were improved distinctly compared with that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention may reduce anxiety,depression,and improve the rehabilitation in patients with cardiac interventional diagnosis and treatment,suggesting it is worthy of application clinically.
