Abstract

Objective: To introduct reconstruction of acromioclavicular joint dislocation and tearing of ligament coracoclavicular of internal fixation with wire. Methods:The incision was along distal 1/3 of clavicle to expose the clavicle and coracoid process. Using  1mm double wires, through subcoracoid process and drilling on the distal 1/3 of clavicle by wire to fixate for reconstruct ligament coracoclavicular.Result:Fifty cases of ligament coracoclavicular tearing had excellent or good results. Conclusion:This operative procedure design accords with biomechanical demands. The wire internal fixation is a reasonable, effective, and simple operation.
