The clinical observation of posterior circulation ischemia syndrome treatment with Danhong unites Vinpocetine injection

Objective To observe the effect of Danhong unites Vinpocetine injection to treat posterior circulation ischemia syndrome.Methods 60 patients with posterior circulation ischemia syndrome were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group was applied with Danhong injection 40 ml and saline 250 ml intravenously 1/d,while the joint injection Vinpocetine 20mg and saline 250 ml was infused 1/d simultaneously.All of above were used in conjunction 14d.The control group was applied with Vinpocetine 20 mg and saline 250 ml intravenously 1/d,and used in conjunction 14d also.Symptoms and changes in Blood Rheology and Transcrania Color Doppler before and after treatment were observed.Results The clinical effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P0.05),96.7% and 73.3%,respectively.There were no differencies in high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,reduced viscosity before treatment,in which differencies were shown after treatment(P0.05).There were differencies in mean velocity,pulsatility index after treatment(P0.05).And side effects occurred neither in before treatmen group nor in treatment group.Conclusion The effect of Danhong unites Vinpocetine injection to treat posterior circulation ischemia syndrome is better than that in Vinpocetine injection only,and the combination therapy is safe and effective.
