Abstract
From the survey on labor disputes in private enterprises,this paper points out that the main reasons for labor disputes lie in seriously insufficient investment on labor relations in private enterprises.This paper also analyses the operating cost of labor relations and builds the Input-Contribute model of labor relations,then it makes some suggestions to improve labor relations in private enterprises.
