Abstract

Athletes'human capital investment has very high risk,which come from political,social and economical change,the speciality of athletes'human capital and sports itself.It is necessary to establish physical education insurance system,innovate our sports management system and to renew athletes'human capital in order to decrease the risk of athletes'human capital,which will accelerate the development of our Chinese sports.
