Abstract
Objective To observation the effect of valsartan in the treatment of congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods 60 patients with congestive heart failure were divided randomly into two groups,one was control group treated with digoxin and diuretic,and another was observation group treated with valsartan on rhe basis of above regular treatment.All the patients were measured the heart function by echocardiography before and after the treatment.Results After valsartan treatment,LVEDD were smaller than that in control group,LVEF was higher than that in control group(P0.01).Conclusion Valsartan medication is a effective method in the treatment of chronic heart failure on the basis of above regular treatment,can improve the heart function.
