Abstract

The 3D solid model and the FE model of the frame of drilling machine are created by Pro/E and HyperMesh software. Structural strength and modal analysis are performed on it using ANSYS. Then the vibration mode of the frame structure is obtained under free condition and the stress-strain diagram. The valuable theory basis is provided for structure improvement.
