Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of humanized nursing on diabetes. Methods 108 cases with diabetes admitted in our hospital were selected as the subjects and divided into the intervention group and the control group with 54 cases in each in accordance with the random number table method. The control group were given the conventional nursing, while the intervention group were given humanized nursing. And the nursing efficacy, treatment compliance, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The overall response rate of the intervention group was much higher than that of the control group(96.30%vs 88.89%),P0.05;the treatment compliance of the intervention group was obviously higher than that of the control group(96.30%vs 83.33%) with statistically significant difference(P0.05);the overall level of nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.44%vs 79.63%) with statistically significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion For diabetic patients, humanized nursing can effectively improve the treatment compliance, control the level of blood glucose as well as enhance the patient satisfaction with nursing with great clinical application value.
