Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement for the pain of osteoarthritis. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 78 cases with osteoarthritis was made, among which 44 cases were treated with arthroscopic debridement and another 34 cases received no surgery treatment. Results:The complete remission rate plus partial remission rate of the 2 groups were 86.3% and 35.3% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic debridement is an effective surgery method for relieving pain of osteoarthritis.
