Arthroscopy cleaning technique in combination with oral Chinese medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To explore arthroscopic debridement combined with oral Gubi agent treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical results and their significance. Methods 60 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group( arthroscopic debridement combined with oral Gubi agent treatment) and the control group( simple arthroscopic debridement),30 cases in each group. Administer to the patients of four weeks the treatment and 6months of follow-up. Results The total effective rate of treatment group( 86. 7%) higher than the total efficiency of control group( 66. 7%),which have statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement combine with oral Gubi treatment of knee osteoarthritis have good clinical effect for relieving pain.
