Abstract

In light of the current engineering cost management and contract management status,the paper analyzes the construction contract management importance and key points from aspect of cost consultation,and points out that both the owner and construction unit must emphasize construction contract management,so as to effectively control engineering cost and to guarantee engineering project management quality.
