Curative Effect Observation on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Chinese-Drug Soaking Combining Ozone and Nursing

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Chinese-Drug Soaking combining knee joint cavity injection of ozone and nursing in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:60 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional therapy and nursing,while the treatment group was treated with ChineseDrug Soaking and knee joint cavity injection of ozone based on the treatment of the control group,nursed carefully.The efficacy of two groups was compared after 30 days.Results:In the treatment group,13 cases were cured,15 cases were improved,and 2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate being 93.33%;while in the control group,10 cases were cured,12 cases were improved,and 8 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency being 73.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,Chinese-Drug Soaking combining knee joint cavity injection of ozone can effectively relieve joint pain and improve joint function,safe,reliable,and less painful.In the course of treatment,careful nursing and effective guidance can further improve the curative effect.
