Abstract

The contents of total flavonoids in Polygonum chinese L.from different places were determined by UV-vis spectrometry.The results indicated that the standard curve equation of total flavonoids in P.chinese L.was y=13.65x-0.004 5 and its linear correlation was good in the concn.range of 0.008 64-0.069 12 mg/ml(r=0.999 9);the average recovery was 100.3%,RSD was 2.01% and the determined content of total flavonoids in P.chinese L.sample was 1.60%-3.74%.
