Abstract

Strengthening the socialistic democracy and legal system,implementing and adhering to rule the nation by law are the essential parts of Deng Xiaoping Theory.Therefore,it is important to give a penetrating study of Deng Xiaoping's idea of democracy and legal system.It offers a directive guidance,both on theory and on practice,of constructing China's socialism.
