Abstract

Objective To Discuss the Clinical effects of neonatal respiratory failure therapy with the NCPAP(treatment group)and the conventional therapy(control group). Methods Review analysis the clinical material of neonatal respiratory therapy with the NCPAP and the conventional therapy from August,2006 to November,2009.Finally:Treatment group's clinical total effectiveness and survival percentage were obvious better than the control group and the content of PaO2 of all the neonatal were obvious rise contrast with the time of before the treatment;but the content of PaCO2 of all the neonatal were obvious drop contrast with the time of before the treatment, and the two groups have non-significance difference in contrast with the content of PaO2 and PaCO2.Conclusion It is an safe and effective way for NCPAP to treat the neonatal respiratory failure,So it is worth to clinical promote.
