Clinical observation of Baizhu Fuzi Decoction joint acupoint injection with Astragalus Injection in the treatment of 42 cases with Yang Type senile functional constipation

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Baizhu Fuzi Decoction joint acupoint injection with Astragalus Injection in the treatment of Yang Type senile functional constipation.Methods 42 cases with Yang Type senile functional constipation in our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups,the treatment group(42 cases) was treated by Baizhu Fuzi Decoction,and the next day in bilateral Dachangyu or Zusanli were given once astragalus acupoint injection treatment;the control group(42 cases),oral phenolphthalein tablet,each 0.1 g,2 times a day for 4 weeks,followed up for 12 months after treatment,compared the the total effective rate,short and long-term efficacy and other metrics of the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.9%,in the control group,the total effective rate was 83.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01);recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P 0.05).Conclusions It has good efficacy of Baizhu Fuzi Decoction joint acupoint injection with Astragalus Injection in the treatment of Yang Type senile functional constipation.
