Effect of Zi-shen Huo-xue Pill Combined with Conventional Therapy on Eearly Diabetic Nephropathy: A Clinical observation of 30 cases

Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Zi-shen Huo-xue pill on diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the treatment and control groups, 30 cases in each group. Patients were treated with insulin, calcium antagonist and statins in control group, and patients in treatment group were given Zi-shen Huo-xue pill as well as the treatment of the control group. The treatment course consisted of 8 weeks, and the clinical effect,TCM syndrome and Laboratory indexes were observed in 3 treatment courses. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group, and there was statistic significance( P0.05). Conclusion: Zi-shen Huoxue pill combined with conventional therapy can provide significant effect for diabetic nephropathy.
