The Curative Effect Observation of Diabetic Nephropathy Treated with Yiqiwenyang Treatment

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinic effect of Chinese medicine treating diabetic nephropathy.Methods:The 62 diabetic nephropathy cases were divided into 2 groups randoml~The control group was accepted with base treatment and lrbesartan,while thetreated group was accepted with base treatment and Chinese herbs,to analysis the two groupseffective after three month,including Chinese medicine symptoms,renal function etc.Results:The total effective rate of the treated group is 74.19%,there is no significantdifference compare with the control group which is 70.97%(P0.01 or P0.05),and the treated group is better than control group at improving symptoms and renal function(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine has outstanding advantages for diabetic nephropathy especially for improving the clinic effect of DN.
