Abstract

Objective To summarize the experiences of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mPCNL) for treatment of upper urinary calculi with hydroperinephrosis. Method 9 cases of renal or upper ureter calculi with hydroperinephrosis were received mPCNL,the effusion absorbing, double J-tube inplaced and drainage. Results Calculi were cleared completely in 8 cases, except one of residual renal calices stone. The hydroperinephrosis was disappeared in all cases. Conclusion The management of mPCNL,double J-tube inplaced and drainage of nephrostomy can obtained a good efficacy for treatment of upper urinary calculi with hydroperinephrosis
