Domestic and Foreign Study on Procuratorial Organs in Supervising External Relations

Whether the procuratorial power is judicial or administrative power and whether the procuratorial organs are judicial or administrative organs,different countries differ in both theory and practice.However,the feature of supervising external relations by procuratorial organs is increasingly strengthened,which is historically predetermined since the establishment of procuratorial organs;besides,which is driven by development of ruling of law and civilization.Therefore,many countries developed such feature of supervising external relations in modern times.
