Abstract

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Argatroban for acute cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into 2 gropes.Therapy group (60 cases)were treated with Argatroban combined with Edaravone for 7 days.Cotrol group (60 cases) were treated with Edaravone.The effect were evaluated by index of NIHSS before therapy and 10 days after treatment.Results There were significant differences between the two groups on index of NIHSS at before and 10 days after treatment (P0.05).Conclusion Argatroban is effective on controlling on acute cerebral infarction..
