Clinical observation on Laifumite combined with Methotroxate in treating refractory rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Laifumite combined with Methotroxate in treating refractory rheumatoid arthritis.Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups ramdomly.The control group was given Methotroxate 12.5 mg orally once a week.The treatment group was given Laifumite 10 mg orally once a day.The symptoms,physical signs,rheumatoid factor were observed before and after the treatment.Results: The parameters before and after treatment showed the significant difference both in treatment and control groups(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion: An remarkable effect is got when using Laifumite combined with Methotroxate to treat refratory rheumatoid arthritis.
